This Membership Agreement describes the membership rights and obligations of the undersigned individual (“Member” to the membership program offered by Harbor 9 Golf, Inc. (“Harbor 9”).

1. Membership is on an annual renewable term basis. Your membership runs from the date this Agreement is signed and paid to the one year anniversary of the Effective Date (“Annual Renewal Date”).
2. Classes of Membership and Fees.  There are two classes of membership: (a) Birdie Club; or (b) Eagle Club. BIRTHDAY PROMO IS DESIGNED TO BENEFIT THE EAGLE MEMBERSHIP with the benefits enumerated below:
   
   •  Unlimited Days 
   •  2 hours Maximum per day
   • Single Day/Bay
   • 15% off private event bookings in our VIP Bay
   • 15% off Merchandise and Menu Items
   • 50% off individual seasonal league fee
3. Effective Date of Membership starts the day of Payment
