1. ENTRY FEE: The initial participation cost is $30, followed by a one-time additional $30 payment if you advance to the Sweet 16. No extra charges apply.

2. GAMEPLAY: Each round consists of a 9-hole match, which must be finished within a two-hour timeframe.

3. POINT SYSTEM: Matches follow a point-based structure—1 point for each hole won, ½ point for a tied hole. Scores are determined using a net stroke handicap. If there’s a tie after 9 holes, a hole-by-hole sudden-death tiebreaker will decide the winner.

4. HANDICAP MODIFICATIONS: A streamlined handicap method will be used to adjust strokes according to skill level.

5. TIMELINE: Every round has a designated period for completion. Scores must be recorded by the deadline—refer to the schedule below. By registering, you authorize us to send messages (email or text) in a group chat with your competitor to coordinate match arrangements within the given timeframe.
